SHIPPING - Within the continental United States we ship by FEDEX Ground or UPS. We currently charge our Retail Customers a flat fee of $14.50 per shipment to any location i... n the continental United States. All other locations (Hawaii, Alaska Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America etc.) will be charged the actual shipping and handling charges for the shipment. The shipping charges for non Continetal US customers shown on your website order are An Estimate. We will contact you with the actual shipping cost figures prior to actually shipping and billing. The Weight and size of the package along with the final destination are the critical elements in determing the actual shipping cost. We will explore several alternatives for these shipments including USPS Air and FEDEX International. If you have a specific preference please let us know when you place your order. For foreign shipments the customer is responsible for paying all custom clearance charges (duty's and fees). If for some reason those charges are not paid for by the customer, then we will be billed and will have to pay those charges and then charge the customer. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of that order. However, your credit card will not be billed until that order is pulled packed and ready to be shipped.
