Through the years Pacific Electric can say that Pacific Electric has been able to uphold these standards, and Pacific Electric's commitment to them will always be there, day in and day out. Pacific Electric's motto is Toward Excelle... nce. Pacific Electric can only hope and strive to achieve excellence in all that Pacific Electric do and promise to do. Attempting to reach that goal can surely be a difficult process, but in reality all Pacific Electric has had to do is utilize Pacific Electric's innate sense of what is right from wrong, what is true from false and treat Pacific Electric's customers like Pacific Electric would like to be treated. Excellence is a matter of doing a lot of little things well. All it takes is doing it right, and be accountable. Since 1978 I have been the remaining sole owner of Pacific Electric, and with Dave Rausch as my right arm Pacific Electric has advanced and honed Pacific Electric's skills at producing more and better products, especially aimed into the specialty market. Dave has many titles, since he is considered Pacific Electric's General Manager, Production Manager, Cost Analyst, Switchboard Designer, Quotations Dept., Purchasing Agent, etc. Pacific Electric all wear many hats here, and this has given Pacific Electric the ability to provide better service to Pacific Electric's customer with only one call to either Dave or myself. Also, Marilyn Dale, Pacific Electric's Executive Assistant has provided her many HR, AR, AP skills to help Pacific Electric's organization, and can provide help for you if Dave or I are unavailable.
