Todd has been operating and maintaining private, municipal, and industrial systems since 1989. He is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) certified water and wastewat... er treatment facility operator. Todd has also been providing PA DEP operator training to other operators since 1991. Throughout his career he has also provided operator training, consulting, and technical assistance for the PA Department of Environmental Protection as an Outreach Instructor, the PA Rural Water Association as a wastewater training technician, and other engineering & consulting firms as needed. PESI has a staff of about 20 employees that provide water and wastewater operations and maintenance services, sludge & septic hauling, portable toilet services, and engineering services.
