OWM

OWM is a creator equity platform that enables startups and brands to exchange equity for creator influence, moving content creators from one-off sponsorships to long-term ownership stakes in the companies they promote. Founded in 2025, OWM provides the legal and operational infrastructure for founders to build Creator Stock Option Pools (CSOPs), a... structure modeled after employee stock option plans that allows multiple creators to be consolidated into a single cap table line item. The platform uses an AI matching engine to connect founders with creators from a database of over 10 million profiles, identifying optimal partnerships based on audience fit, subject matter expertise, and brand alignment. Deals are formalized through a standardized agreement called the OWMA, which merges an influencer marketing contract with a stock option purchase agreement. OWM serves founders, startups, and talent agencies across verticals including health and wellness, gaming, technology, and food and beverage.Read More
