Chef Ovy graduated from Kendall College, Chicagos most prestigious culinary program but that is a long way from where his passion for baking and cooking beganwith his Mother in the Transylvanian region of Romania. He was enthralled with the delicate and delightful pastries that his Mother created in their family home, instilling within the young Ov... idiu a lifelong craving for learning and perfection. Ovy has spent the years since his youth training alongside some of the most noted names in Chicago culinary arts such as Chefs Paul Kahan and Mike Sheerin, and working in Michelin-rated restaurants. Ovy believes in family, tradition, culture and quality; clients quickly become friends and loyal customers once they see the joy and integrity that Ovy brings to every interaction.
