We help each Association create a personalized service plan to meet their needs. Overleaf Community Management's founder Gregory Lloyd was introduced to Home Owner Associations in early 2000 while assisting developers in many real estate venture projects which included condominium conversions, new construction of single family homes and assistance with high-rise construction. Working with developers in all of these venues provided a unique perspective and experience with regard to how an HOA is formed legally and physically. During this time he found that there was a disconnect between the expectations of Homeowner Associations and the services provided by HOA management companies. A point was made to ask Homeowners what it was they really wanted from their Association management company and what they felt was missing. Effective communication, customer service skills and experience were at the top of the list, he also found that Board Member education, electronic access to documents and a fair price without the nickel and dime aspect of management were a big priority.
