Overholt & Sons, Inc was started in 1982 when Mervin Overholt saw a need to provide enough work at home for his family of 1 daughter and 5 sons growing up on a small dairy farm in Logan County, Kentucky. The first buildings were constructed in a small area of a farm machinery shed on the farm. Then in the... summer of 1985, a shop was built on the farm to accommodate the growing business. A few years later, in 1989, the dairy cows were sold, allowing the family to dedicate full-time to building quality storage buildings. The business is presently owned and managed by Wayne Overholt, who is the middle son. The Lord has blessed the company over the years, of which we are grateful.
