We started with a solo team member in Pasay in 2014. Through planned, stable management we have now grown our team to over 40 employees across two locations: Pasay and BGC. We were pioneers in our target market, being the first to offer case management administrative support to the residential out of home care sector in Australia and the UK. Since our small beginnings we have expanded our operations to now cover case management support; end to end HR support; full range of accounting and financial management support; a unique set of paralegal, licensing and quality assurance support; and software development. Our software development team is located in our BGC location, whereas our other back office support teams are located in Pasay. By 2016 we had received our ISO 9001 Certification for our services and in early 2018, Organisational Support Services Incorporated in the Philippines. Now established as our own entity we have absolute control and transparency to manage and guarantee the quality of our services. We are driven to making a measurable impact in everything that we do.
