Ian established OSS Group to help clients solve a broader set of problems, including strategic planning, investment decisions, project management, and the reliable operations of applications software and platforms. Also, the company opened an office in Wellington. When the company exceeded 30 staff members, the company moved from the company's Normanby Road office to a larger space on Grafton Road.
