About Orphan Angels
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit cat-only shelter in Erie, Pennsylvania. At Orphan Angels, our foster and adoption programs aim to place homeless cats, including those with special needs, FIV, and FeLV, in loving forever homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just require a little more time, patience, and understanding than others to find the perfect match. We are a free-roaming sanctuary. When you enter our doors the majority of the 100+ cats that live on the premises are free to roam about the space. The only cats that you will find in cages currently are due to medical or dietary needs but we are working hard to remedy this issue with our new renovation project. We are a no-kill shelter. We never euthanize based on finances or space within the shelter. We serve as the voice for the voiceless and provide quality veterinary care so long as its humane and in the cats best interest.
