When purchasing a new bicycle from Oro Valley Bicycle, you automatically become a preferred customer. All of our preferred customers receive a 15% discount on any in-stock parts, clothing, and accessories (does not apply to all electronics or special order items) they buy at the time of their bicycle purchase and in the future. You will also get your first tune-up for free and all adjustments gear and brake free for the of the bike. In addition, when sufficient staff is available, free delivery may be arranged on a new bicycle purchase if your residence is within 10 driving miles of the shop you made the purchase from. If you have no way to bring your bicycle to the shop for service, for a reasonable fee we may offer pickup and delivery, this can usually be set up within a few days of your e-mail request or phone call.
