We offer the benefit to anyone from anywhere in the world of obtaining an authentic and high quality indigenous craft, unique and invaluable for its character and ancestral technique. There are approximately 115 native indigenous peoples in Colombia, who speak different Amerindian languages and are distributed in more than 710 resguardos located throughout 27 departments of the country. The majority of these peoples are characterized by having their own culture and by the production of some type of handicrafts or products made for their daily lives. Most of them commercialize them for their economic support, which is why we support them in Origen by acquiring their products at a fair price, making them known so that they are recognized and in this way guaranteeing their subsistence for a long time to come. Our purpose is to support as many indigenous peoples as possible, but it is a big project that needs a lot of perseverance and constancy, so little by little we are building it; at this moment we support the ethnic groups that you will see below: Arhuacos: The indigenous Arhuaco people, or Iku according to the self-designation in their own language, is one of the four aboriginal peoples of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta on Colombia's Caribbean coast.
