We are insured by Zurich American Insurance agency for $1,000,000.00 Direct Primary General Liability Coverage including wrongful repossession with an additional $2,000,000 Excess Coverage. We are also covered for $1,000,000.00 Commercial Crime Coverage (Employee Dishonesty Bond) by Zurich American Insurance and we are also bonded for $1,000,000.00 through American Recovery Association (ARA). All repossessions are completed by employees of Oregon Adjusters; Inc. we do not subcontract any assignments without the approval of the lender. All employees are covered under our Workers Compensation, All Equipment is covered under our Commercial Towing policy and the collateral as well as our client is covered under our Commercial General Liability Policy.
