The journey started in London in 2005. Initially with an offering in the Programme Management space, Orchestrate Consulting was appointed to design and lead a 25+ country business process and technology transformation initiative, supporting 15,000 sales representatives throughout Europe and Canada. Convinced that technology change can be designed,... and managed with much better results (and at a much lower cost!) than the major global players out there, Orchestrate decided to expand its service offering. From then on, the opportunities grew. During this journey, and with the firm belief that our offering fills a gap in the global multi country implementation and technology change space, Orchestrate Consulting has helped multinational clients in various industries to design, plan, kick-off, and manage multi technology change programmes covering more than 80 countries, and improving the quality of work of more than 50,000 users.
