Jonathan has worked in both the private and public sectors, including senior management positions in two of the world's leading financial services organisations, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD). Jonathan is supported, where necessary, by a small, carefully selected team of highly skilled and experienced partner consultants. Unlike larger training organisations that use 'Associates' to deliver their services but retain the majority of their client fees to cover overheads and retain a profit margin, Orchard works in 'equal partnership' with it's partner consultants.
