From start to finish, bonding to lacquering, solid timber to machined section, we strive to keep our quality standards at the highest level. The doors that Orca produce, be it paint grade, veneered, laminated faced or PVC encapsulated, either non rated or fire rated 30 and 60 minute, are all produced in our North Lincolnshire factory, by skilled staff who will not accept compromise; we will only release from the factory what we deem to be of the standard we want to be associated with. Our expertise in working with PVC sheet material allows us to produce doors and frames that other manufacturers cannot, and the flexibility of our supply chain gives us scope to work with a wide range of materials from many suppliers. All doors are manufactured within an ISO:9001 system, guaranteeing consistency and quality, and backed up by BM Trada Q Mark certification to manufacture fire rated doors to BS476 part 22 and BS EN 1634-1. Orca also hold FSC certification to add environmental credibility to an already successful mix.
