I am impressed with the Banquet staff, Hospitality, Arrangements, timely services. The ambiance was very good, Services was as per expectations, Food was very tasty and the staff was courteous. We had booked rooms also for our national speakers and we found room services and reception staff were doing a great job. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the Food and services at banquet halls and with room services, too. Our special mention about Ms. Mamta, Mr. Rajkumar, and Mr. Hussain Gazifor their cooperation and services. Fantastic food and great hospitality. Beautiful both from outside & inside. Spa , gym , swimming pool and other amenities. Near to Surat airport.movie theatre and luxurious rooms. Restaurants serving exotic food. The Hotel has a nice entrance and a big lobby, The rooms are neat and tidy, The Breakfast Buffet and mid night buffet were great to eat as had good variety of dishes. The Live counters in the evening do add a part in making guest comfortable. over all nice stay! Visited Ziba last Monday for wife's birthday and was superbly organized by Mr Ruchit & team. Food was delicious and service was too good. Asked for surprised table decoration and was awesome. Once again thank you Mr Ruchit & Team for making our day very special I went Surat for a business trip. I was visiting Surat for the first time so was little bit confused for stay in Surat. I searched hotels in Surat and just found the reviews of this hotel and booked. After check in it was amazing experience. Room service quality and hygienity was more than expected.
