OES was incorporated on May 17, 2004 by Anwar Yusuf, P.E., S.E., Managing Principal. After working 20+ years under the umbrella of a top engineering firm, Anwar knew there was a market for no frills engineering which lead him to create his own company. OES was established with the intention to provide simple answers to complex questions in a timely fashion with respect to budget and schedule. For 15 years OES has stayed true to these principles. OES is comprised of a topnotch group of engineers, drafters and designers from 30-year veterans to new graduates from top universities, but our focus remains on providing value to our clients. Anwar Yusuf is a renowned professional engineer who has exemplified ingenuity throughout his career. At the age of 16, Anwar arrived in America alone and determined to make a better life for himself.
