Optac was established in 2011, out of a need to provide the right equipment to front line operators in all of Canada's emergency services. We found it frustrating to see emergency personnel end up with the wrong equipment and sub-standard service, simply to satisfy a hunger for sales. At Optac, we don't operate that way. We understand the equipment... you rely on has to work - every time. Sometimes, there are lives at stake.
