OPRO Japan Co., Ltd (Head office in Tokyo, Japan) has announced that they are going to introduce OPROARTS (OPRO Anywhere ReporTService) - a SaaS based reporting solution which would allow users to design and generate reports online. OPROARTS is provided as a Software as a service (SaaS). The core component of this web based SaaS product is OPRO X S... erver, the web based reporting server produced by OPRO Japan Co., Ltd. This product is deployed in more than 1,000 companies and a large amount of users are currently using the OXS application. OPROARTS allows the users to get rid of the burden of report design and database connection. A dedicated team specializing in report generation would design the reports based on the company requirements. In addition the complicated tasks including mapping the CSV data sources are done by OPROARTS Support Service. In addition to OPROARTS web based reporting solution, OPRO Japan has also invented a series of Salesforce based CRM solutions. OPROARTS for Salesforce would allow the users to generate business documents based on data hosted at Salesforce. A company information system is forced to expand and/or change due to company expansion, change of law, or due to change of business models. The modification of information systems is costly and the companies had to incur heavy expenditure on software maintenance. On the other hand software development and maintenance time delayed the company operations.
