Jesus Cares Restoration Foundation knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Our Nonprofit realizes that by working together we can overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Jesus Cares Restoration Foundation. God... is love. Jesus is love come to earth. He cares. One of the main objectives of JCRF is found in Operation Jesus Pictures. OJP is dedicated to making Jesus' picture available worldwide. Feel free to download, print, and distribute this picture, at will. This anointed picture of Jesus has been distributed to over 100 nations worldwide. It was painted in 1935 by an Armenian artist, and is based on the image found on the Shroud of Turin. The school (Jesus Cares Restoration School - JCRS) and supporting NGO (Jesus Cares Restoration Ministry - JCRM) are located in Nabwendo, Uganda. JCRSl was opened in 2015 and before COVID shut down the schools in 2020, we had approximately 450 students. We have 15 teachers, two cooks, and two teacher assistants. Past projects for JCRS include the building of the classrooms, office, dormitory for P.7 students (they board at the school to receive tutoring to pass the exams in order to go on to Senior School), a water pump, playground equipment, a latrine, and a few other buildings, including a Great Hall, which is a gathering place for assemblies, meeting place for parent-teacher meetings, a location to show films, etc. Past projects for JCRM include a sewing project (teaching about tailoring) in which we purchased four sewing machines and gave classes to teach women to sew. This gave them a skill, and we used the machines also to make uniforms for the primary school. We also have used the sewing machines to make masks during the COVID crisis.
