Open Works provides access to one of the largest maker-focused work spaces in Baltimore. Our flexible and affordable work spaces were designed with makers in mind, and put you at the center of a bustling creative community with no long-term commitment. When you become a Resident Member at Open Works, you'll get access to state-of-the-art equipment... and facilities, and accelerate your business and creative ideas. Located in the heart of the Station North Arts & Entertainment District, Open Works is a stones throw away from great people, places, and food. We're a short distance from Penn Station and Interstate-83 and easily accessible on a variety of public transportation lines. We also have a free, onsite parking lot and an onsite coffee shop. Our Resident Member community isn't for everyone. We have intentionally curated a diverse and inclusive community that shares a love for making in all its shapes and forms. When you lease a work space (or two, or three!), you could be working next to a guitar luthier, the next big tech startup, or a fashion designer.
