About Open Access Resource Centre
The Open Access Resource Centre (OARC) is dedicated to enriching the lives of Manitobans with communication difficulties or who are non-speaking by providing access to Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). They empower individuals, families, and communities by offering speech-generating devices and support to ensure everyone's voice is valued. OARC also organizes events such as Camp yAAC and an annual conference to further support their mission.
