His skills lie in all construction functions from marketing/business development through estimating, supply chain management, operations and commercial management. Ken's strengths lie in his practical, logical, collaborative and commercial approach, his drive to engage all the resources and his passion to achieve "win/win" solutions, particularly when dealing with disputes and despite challenging environments/people. Ken has had very many notable successes to his credit and perhaps one that gives him immense satisfaction is achieving 77th place in the Times Top 100 Companies to Work For in 2010, seeing off several other household construction firms in the process. This achievement was a very real demonstration of a highly engaged and highly performing workforce. Ken's no nonsense approach has won him many friends both inside and outside the construction industry and in the wider business sector. His reliability for service delivery means that he can be relied upon, simply "he does what he says he is going to do" and this is the foundation of a significant amount of repeat business.
