Roy is an Agile Coach and Trainer with over 30 years of IT experience across many industries including Finance, Insurance, Government, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. Roy offers training in Lean/Agile concepts and practices from fundamentals to advanced topics and for all roles from team member through executive. While training is a great start, Roy believes that coaching is an essential component to helping teams through the cultural and behavioral transformation required to become Agile. He has coached many organizations and teams with the goal of getting to sustainability as quickly as possible, while encouraging fun, innovation, transparency and efficiency. His passion is organizational change and has implemented Lean/Agile concepts to help organizations recognize and address their challenges, not just at the team level, but also for the enterprise. Roy believes that there is no "one size fits all" solution and looks to find the right combination of practices and behaviors for the situation. Over the course of his career, Roy has participated as a hands-on developer, technical lead, project lead and manager in companies ranging from small startups to multi-national Fortune 50 firms.
