John began his career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley where he stayed for four years. He later joined Principal Financial Group as a Senior Representative in the Employee Benefits division. During his career, John has achieved his Certified Financial Planner designation along with his Retirement Plan Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently lives in West Chester, Chester County PA with his wife and four children where he is very active in the community. John loves coaching his children in Football and Basketball. Joe is responsible for orchestrating direct services to the clients. He is actively overseeing everything from enrollment to COBRA services. His role is always expanding with the new changing legislative laws. He is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Joe began his career in the Army as the first seat French horn player in one of the national bands. Later he joined a leading information system company and ran a large service team. He joined O'Neill back in 2003 and has been a vital component of our success ever since. Jason joined ONeill Consulting Corporation in 2004 and has over 18 years of experience working with plan sponsors and individuals to improve their retirement plan outcomes.
