We are a woman-owned consulting firm located in East Brady, Pennsylvania, certified as a WBE/DBE by the PA Unified Certification Program and a number of other certifying bodies in surrounding states. We have managed public outreach projects throughout the state of Pennsylvania and with a vast array of transportation and governmental agencies. Ultimately, we strive to help our governmental agencies and private-sector clients avoid the costly effects of unresolved issues and problems within communities. Through needs assessments and forums, which allow issue identification, we work to assure involvement of key stakeholders at a level that encourages the development of mutually acceptable solutions that promote citizen ownership. Our staff's technical specialties cover transportation and transit, economic and community development, database management and survey research. We understand the varying dynamics and idiosyncrasies of informal and formal networks in rural and urban centers, along with the importance of recognizing the unique features within each community.
