Olsen Environment was started in early 2008 to respond to the demand for professional and accredited testing and commissioning agencies (TAB) to deal with the emerging Green Building practices of our industry. Following negotiations for new Greenstar projects in 2008 we went on to complete the NEBB testing and commissioning certification process. O... lsen Environment now has NEBB certified technicians as well as a NEBB certified professionals (Supervisors). We only use high quality calibrated TAB equipment, as per NEBB standards and industry expectations. In 2012 we commenced our MEP technical writing department and started work supporting our existing, as well as new customers with their technical writing needs. Our O&M manuals are of high quality and we have a turn around time second to none. Our customers include traditional HVAC contractors as well as plumbing and electrical customers. In 2015 we implemented the "X-Operative TAB" iPad productivity tool into our business. The X-Operative TAB ecosystem enables testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) companies to more expediently conduct their field testing work. Our customers can enjoy professional final reports, sent direct to them from site moments after we have completed our work.
