Founding partners Renn Olenn and Joe Penza met during law school at Boston University and quickly learned that they shared the same values, high standards and the goal of establishing their own litigation firm. They began to practice together in 1975 and by the early 1980s the first Olenn & Penza associate was hired. Now partners, Michael J. Colucc... i joined the firm in 1985 and Holly R. Rao in 1988, followed by Michael T. Prew in 1994 and Martin K. DeMagistris in 2002.
