We do this because we know your time is valuable and because it gives you a simple answer to your simple question. Estimates are the first step in our process. Will Old Oak Finish Carpentry come to our home to evaluate the project and provide us with a price? If you find the estimated price of your project to be agreeable, we will set up an on site consultation. This consultation will require a small fee that is credited to the overall price of the project if you decide to move forward. This fee is based on the size of your project and will be disclosed during our initial conversation. What is included in my project consultation? During our initial consultation we will take accurate measurements, work with you to choose the best material options, and discuss project details. From there we will provide you with sketches of your project. Our goal is to make sure we are planning the exact project you are envisioning. Communication is key during this step of our process. What will my project cost? After our consultation, and your project sketches are reviewed and accepted, a proposal for the exact amount of your project will be provided.
