O'Laughlin produces a range of synthetic and natural aroma chemicals as well as certain food and cosmetics raw materials, plant extracts and essential oils. O'Laughlin's factories are located in Hebei Province in north China, central Jiangsu Province, southern Jiangsu near Shanghai, Western Hubei Province, Guangxi Autonomous Region in south China, and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. O'Laughlin has administrative offices in Shanghai, and research and development facilities in Kunshan and Nantong. O'Laughlin maintains a strict quality control program to assure consistent quality product. Incoming raw materials and outgoing products are tested both by chemicalanalysis and by odorpanel olfactory standards. O'Laughlin research and development are done in its laboratories in China, Europe and North America. The laboratories have a full range of sophisticated laboratory equipment.
