Oil & Gas Services Group Limited (OGSGL) was established with the prime objective of serving the International Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Water and Power Sectors. OGSGL operates largely, but not exclusively, in the Middle East and North Africa where we cater to a wide variety of eminent clients ranging from International Contractors, State Owned Mon... opolies through to Private Sector Companies. OGSGL's genesis dates back to Kuwait in the mid seventies, when as Pan Arab Contractors (PAC) it was a major local contracting company working for KOC, KNPC and MEW. PAC was qualified in the "Major Contracts" category for all these State Companies. During this period PAC also undertook significant work in both Iraq and Iran. Mr Hassan Al-Hassan (OGSGL's Chairman) and some of the key senior staff have been an integral part of the group's evolution since those early days in Kuwait and bring with them over a hundred and fifty years of collective experience and achievement in this region. Throughout this thirty year period OGSGL has grown and diversified, both in its operational scope and geographic area, into a group of wholly owned specialist companies providing a wide range of services; so that to-day we can confidently undertake the provision of the services detailed herein.
