About Ohiopyle81
Founders Fred Wright and Scott Bortree set out on a venture and never looked back. Their passion was rafting and the outdoor activities of Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania, which led them to the innovative idea of printing t-shirts that illustrated The Great Rafting World! One customer order led to another and within just a few short years Ohiopyle Prints Inc. was born. Local town businesses caught on to this and requested t-shirts that supported their town name inspiring the creation of the company's brand, My Town Originals®. In 2007, My Town Originals® expanded to include High School Spirit Wear. Partnering with schools nationwide, the program has raised over $8 million in school donations. The company is currently rebranding the company's products and the company's company as Ohiopyle81 honoring the company's heritage and humble beginnings in 1981.
