We understand that entering treatment for opioid addiction can be a challenging experience, and our goal is to make the admissions process both efficient and effective. To help ensure that you are admitted into treatment as quickly as possible, please review the following information related to our intake policies and procedures: First, in order to... receive treatment at Ohio Comprehensive Treatment Centers, you must meet the following three criteria: Must be age 18 or older Must have been dependent upon opioids for a minimum of one year Must arrive for treatment in a state of withdrawal, unless you are pregnant or are transferring directly from detox or another program As soon as we have confirmed your eligibility, one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members will schedule your intake appointment. During this appointment, you will be required to provide the following: Proof of identification. At Ohio Comprehensive Treatment Centers, we accept state-issued identification cards, driver's licenses, or passports. Payment for your intake fees. Even if you intend to pay for your treatment with insurance benefits, you must pay these fees at the time of your initial appointment. We accept cash, money orders, or credit cards that have been issued in your name. We cannot accept personal checks or payment by phone. If you will be paying for treatment with insurance, you must present proof of insurance and any other documentation that is necessary to confirm and access your benefits. If you are pregnant, you must provide written documentation from your OB/GYN indicating that he or she has approved your enrollment in a medication assisted treatment program, and you will need to sign a release of information so that we can coordinate services.
