The medicine in the case was highly disputed, but ultimately, the jury returned a verdict of over $6.8 million. In August 2018, as lead counsel, and days after deposing Defense's medical expert and nearing the expiration of Plaintiff's offer, Kevin obtained a $890k settlement on a neck injury case. The insurance limits were $100k. In May 2019, Kevin obtained a $3.05 million settlement in a disputed liability and complex elevator malfunction case, with additional complex medical disputes.
