As a home builder and general contractor, I came to understand how complacency, unprofessional quality work, and the ravages of time could cause lasting damage to a home. As a Home Inspector, I know that I often stand as the last line of defense between a flawed home and a buyer who is not equipped to find those flaws. My philosophy is simple; I inspect every home as if I were inspecting it for my daughter or son.
