Offenbachers

Offenbachers Home Escapes is a leading retailer of premium leisure and recreation products for residential and commercial customers across the Mid-Atlantic region, with a heritage spanning more than five decades. Operating showrooms in Tysons Corner, Rockville, and Leesburg, Virginia and Maryland, the company specializes in hot tubs, swim spas, out... door furniture, fire pits, and game room equipment including pool tables, ping pong tables, dart boards, foosball tables, air hockey tables, poker tables, and bar furniture, sourced from the finest manufacturers. Offenbachers Home Escapes traces its roots to 1960 when the founder established a pool maintenance and lifeguard services operation, which evolved into the first Offenbachers Pool & Patio store in Rockville, Maryland in 1972, initially offering pool chemicals, supplies, and patio furniture before expanding into billiards, fireplaces, and grills across seven locations in Maryland and Virginia. The Home Escapes brand originated in 1986 as Spas East, quickly establishing itself as a premier hot tub retailer in the region, and subsequently broadened its portfolio to include patio furniture and billiards. In 2005, the company rebranded to Home Escapes by Spas East to reflect its expanded product range, and by 2017, the two operating entities merged under the unified Offenbachers Home Escapes banner, consolidating operations into two modern showrooms while maintaining the combined company's market position as the DC area's largest hot tub and patio furniture retailer. The company's competitive advantage rests on a strong culture of customer service, with a commitment to guiding customers through the entire decision-making process, from product selection through professional delivery and installation, and providing ongoing support for years after purchase. This dedication to conscientious service and high-quality products has enabled Offenbachers Home Escapes to build lasting customer relationships and establish itself as the region's trusted home leisure expert.Read More
