Off The Front Promotions

Off The Front Promotions was formed in 2004 to manage the Subway Pro Cycling Team. It went on to became New Zealand's first professional cycling team registering with the UCI in 2009. The goal was to establish teams racing in New Zealand and to progress to international racing while providing the principle sponsor with a stable, high value, measura... ble return on investment. The Team was managed from its inception by former Olympian and World Champion – Hayden Godfrey. The team’s success can be attributed to a management group that has a true passion for cycling and an in-depth understanding of sponsorship needs. The team was New Zealand’s most recognisable and highly regarded cycling team that has a strong presence in both national and international events. The team was run under the Subway brand for 9 seasons ending in 2012 and was comprised of up to 14 of New Zealand's most talented cyclists (contracted on an annual basis) from established professionals to rising stars. The team become a valued stepping stone for talented young Kiwis looking to take on the world and had a history of developing riders that have gone onto Olympics, World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Tour De France success.Read More
