Off The Bone BBQ Inc. is a family owned business founded by Eddie Brown Sr., in Forest Hill, TX. Mr. Brown started with a small barbecue pit and a tent to fight off the sun, and he never looked back. In September 2006, he opened a full service restaurant that offered a wide range of products: Ribs, Slice Beef, Chopped Beef, Smoked Chicken, Homemade Beef Sausage, Hot Links, Bologna, Salami, Pork Loin, Smoked Ham and Stuffed Baked Potatoes. For customers that want the full meal deal we have delicious homemade sides. It doesn't stop there Mrs.Brown takes a special interest in heading up the dessert department.
