We honour this intention, through exploring and reimagining New Zealand Cuisine and considering how we are influencing the narrative and norms within the hospitality industry. We care about and respect our environment and our communities, and are conscious of the impact our choices have on them and their long term wellbeing. We believe that "good f... ood" starts with respecting the integrity of the ingredients - Ingredients that have been produced with attention, consideration & purity. For us, "good food" means sourcing organic, ethical, sustainable, seasonal ingredients & supporting locals who are doing good things. We create menus that celebrate hyper local organic produce, wild shot game & ethically caught kai moana. We create food that is delicious and filling, yet leaves you feeling connected with te whenua (the land), te maunga (the mountains), te moana (the ocean) and the people who call this beautiful land home. In our kitchen "good food" means food that excites all the senses, food that is well balanced, textured & ultimately - delicious. Our food is innovative and progressive, and like nature, ever evolving.
