Built in 1888 it is one of Orange Countys oldest homes. It has been tastefully updated with an additional kitchen and restroom while the main rooms of the house are much as they have always been. It is suitable for smaller events, like corporate functions and rehearsal dinners. Situated between the Ocoee Lakeshore Center and Starke Lake, on approximately one acre, Bill Breeze Park offers a great venue for a tented special event or large scale festival. Nestled away from the lakeside area, this shaded arbor has been designed with an intimate garden surrounding it. Ideal for a private and picturesque wedding or reception. Just outside of the Withers-Maguire House you'll find the Memorial Garden. The garden features a stunning stone memorial which pays homage to Ocoees WWII veterans who sacrificed their lives in service to our country.
