After brokering print for several years, we became frustrated with the norm of the printing industry which had a lack of customer service and incomplete work. It was difficult to run a print brokering company, when all the suppliers would lie and hardly every complete the job on time. As the horror stories continued to grow, we knew the only thing we can do to change this norm was to start a full printing in facility which began in 2014.
