About Obi Linings
OBI'S original division began doing business in 1966. Known then as "Hatteras Industrial Corporation", our humble beginning was founded in Chocowinity, NC and remains there today. Eventually, the name changed to "Outer Banks Industrial, Inc.", and is now most often referred to as OBI. The specialized service, competitive pricing, and quality of work provided began to draw attention from outside of the state and even outside of the country as well. Client services have grown far from our early beginning; but, we at OBI have not forgotten our early days. We continue today to remain humble and appreciative of all clients and the opportunity to serve their needs.
