OAU Centre for Distance Learning

OAU has introduced eLearning for some of its programmes. These programmes are administered through its Center for Distance Learning. The CDL vision is to expand the reach of education that is open, flexible and responsive to the challenges of a rapidly changing world, accessible worldwide: anywhere, anytime, and to virtually any qualified person who may seek to pursue further studies with the center. On Friday, 23rd July 2014, following approval from the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC), OAUCDL began receiving applications into its eLearning programme for B.Sc. Degrees in Accounting and Nursing. Since its establishment, the Centre has been striving to keep abreast of the most up-to-date methods of Distance Learning practice by continually updating its modes of lecture delivery to reflect the latest proven concept, methods and practices.
