Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited (the Manager) has been appointed by Oasis Global Investment Fund plc and Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund plc (the Funds) to manage their portfolios. The Oasis Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc and the Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc were established to provide investment products that adhere to investors regulatory requirements in European and Middle Eastern markets. The two open-ended companies comply with the European Communities Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and satisfy the stringent controls of the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
