We were established in 1981 and since then have consistently performed to these high standards. We carry out a wide range of projects from small social housing developments (£30k subcontract value) to very large projects Nationwide Building Society Headquarters, Swindon (£1.5 million subcontract value). The majority of our works are public sector c... ontracts in Education, Health and Defence or private sector commercial or industrial developments for a wide range of Principle Contractors many of whom are UK Contractors Group members. Our workforce is predominantly based in Swindon, we generally undertake works within a radius of approximate 1 hour travel time from Swindon (Bristol - Oxford - Salisbury Plain - Cheltenham). Our workforce is PAYE directly employed and is fully trained with CSCS and CPCS cards together with abrasive wheels, asbestos awareness, confined spaces training, passport to dig safe digging, environmental and occupational health training. Our Supervisors have CSCS supervisor's cards and have 2 day Site Supervisors Safety Training, 1 day HSE emergency first aid training and CAT and genny training. We also have several operatives and supervisors with streetworks licences. All our staff are very experienced, hardworking and helpful on site. We operate a policy of continual development from company accreditations to individual training and awareness through our CITB training plan to enable us to deliver work to the highest standards. We are members of Constructionline, a premium member of Builder's Profile and a Silver status member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School. We also have CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) Accreditation and BS 8555 Level 5 Environmental Management Accreditation. We have been awarded Subcontractor of the Quarter by Moss Construction three times for our Health, Safety and Environmental performance at Gloucester Business Park and Howbury Park, Wallingford.
