To serve the citizens of North Carolina, with quality and efficiency, by providing an independent forum for prompt and impartial resolution of administrative law contested cases involving citizens and state agencies; investigating alleged acts of unlawful employment practices in state government; functioning as the States codifier and publisher of... all administrative rules; and reviewing rules before the Rules Review Commission. The Office of Administrative Hearings will be closed Monday, December 24, Tuesday, December 25, and Wednesday, December 26, 2018, in observance of the Christmas Holidays and Tuesday, January 1, 2019, New Year's Day. The Human Relations Commission staff and offices have moved and are now located at the Office of Administrative Hearings building, 1711 New Hope Church Road in Raleigh.
