We wanted to deliver a higher touch, time-saving & low-cost solution that focused on true partnership building and allowed a talent team to be fully embedded within a business. The onset of high growth SMEs & disruptive brands in the market, coupled with candidates prioritising culture, values & purpose over other factors means its more important than ever for recruiters to know & understand the business theyre hiring for intimately. Alex has been working in recruitment for nearly 4 years, starting out in financial services before moving into the marketing agency space. Having studied marketing at university and worked for a PR agency before getting into recruitment, Alex has in-depth knowledge of the agency world. Andy is an Economics graduate with over 7 years experience in talent acquisition for leading businesses in the digital, eCommerce & consumer space. Andy has been the driving force behind the Nurture concept and will be a Lead Account Director for key relationships retained by Nurture alongside leading our account management / delivery team. Helena joined the business virtually during the first lockdown in April 2020 as Marketing Manager and got sucked into the world of recruitment marketing in 2015. Helena is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and implementation at Nurture as well as any operational day-to-day.
