Iran received his high school diploma from International School of Geneva in Switzerland. ARK did his undergraduate studies in industrial engineering and postgraduate studies in Business Administration and international relations in Florida, USA. After his postgraduate studies ARK worked as the Senior Vice President at the E. F. Hutton Real Estate Company in Miami, Florida. Later on ARK returned to Iran and worked as the researcher at Industrial Managers' Association of Iran (IMAI) for two years. During that period he was sent by IMAI and the Government of Iran to the Top Forum of Asian Productivity Organization (APO) in Tokyo, Japan. During his stay in Tokyo he was the guest of the hospitable government of Japan and presented a top paper on the effects of improved management and labor as well as government relations in increased productivity. This balanced paper was quantitative as well as qualitative. This research paper took in to equal consideration both management and labor sides and was very well received by the Japanese and other top level APO officials. ARK was also and Executive Vice President at Mojtamea Sanayea Informatic (MSI) from 74 through 78. MSI was established as a consortium of seven major hardware and software manufacturers in Iran. ARK was also a Member of the Board at Iran Japan Friendship Association. During that period ARK was also the Head of IJFA's Joint Economy, Trade and Industry (JETI) committee.
