NSLRC consists of a team of document preparation professionals each with several years of professional document preparation expertise. After many years in the financial consulting industries, NSLRC team members recognized the current 1.2 trillion dollar student loan debt trend as potentially problematic to the economy. Given the complexity of the f... ederal education loan system and the general lack of awareness of most education loan borrowers of the proper procedures to prepare and submit the required forms to enter into income based repayment programs, we have structured a uniform procedure to prepare and submit the proper documentation to the federal government so that education debt borrowers can apply for these programs. NSLRC came about as a result of the four principles seeing an opportunity to help thousands of people streamline the process of improving their education debt situations. We've learned about schools that closed, leaving students high and dry, and how tough it can be when circumstances conspire to end the school experience early. There is also the more subtle fact that the availability of money for student loans has increased in the last 20 years (supply) which has allowed schools to charge more and give more students the opportunity for an education (demand). When the economy took a turn for the worse during the recent recession, the jobs dried up and wages declined, making it even more difficult for many to meet their obligations. At the current time, Federal Programs of the DOE have improved to the point where many people can apply for these programs provided they submit their documentation correctly.
